Driving for Dollars VS Cold Calling

I’m contemplating which would be a better idea.

Cold calling almost always is.

I’m going to do 2 things today.

1- print a map of my local area and mark off each street I drive. Drive a new street every day till I find a couple houses and see what happens.

2 – Hire a VA to harvest every For sale by owner in my county and call them all, see if I can snag a deal that way.

Also I’m going to attend a REIA luncheon.
